Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Items must be in resellable condition

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain jewellery items may not be eligible for return if worn.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service.


Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless required by law.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
